SHIPPING INFO
DISCLAIMER: The Shimmy Shack is NOT responsible for any packages lost or delayed in transit. You will need to contact your local USPS/UPS Office to inquire about your lost/late package and file a claim.
ONLINE ORDERS:
ALL packages are sent via USPS or UPS with a 2-6 business-day shipping time; shipping time is dependent on the carrier + destination. You order will include tracking information that will be sent to you via email/text as soon as your order has been shipped.
There is a flat rate shipping fee of $8.00 for all online orders.
Our goal is to process all orders within 24-48 hours and ship out orders every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, at the minimum.
IN-STORE PICK-UP ORDERS:
- You will be notified by email/text as soon as your item is ready for pick-up!
- **please do not come to pick-up prior to receiving this notification.
- If you selected store pick-up and end up wanting your order shipped - you will be invoiced for shipping charges and your order will not be shipped until the shipping invoice is paid.
- Pick-up orders that have not been picked up within 6 months will be DONATED to a local charity!
- You will be asked for an email address or phone number when you place your order -- this will be how we communicate with you that your order is ready. We suggest using a phone number, as emails sometimes go to junk/spam inboxes. This also gives us a call-back number to reach you at for reminders or any issues with your order!
- The Shimmy Shack will resend the pickup notification multiple times to remind you to pick up your items before we proceed with donating at the 6 month mark. *Discretion will be with The Shimmy Shack regarding multiple reasonable attempts.
