RETURN POLICY

We hope everything you order fits you like Cinderella’s slipper, what a dream that would be! But if it doesn’t, you can't go to a ball looking less than perfect! If you find that your purchase doesn’t suit you well – this is for you!

 

Items will only be considered for return if they have the original tags attached and they are: unworn, unwashed, and makeup, deodorant & smoke free.

 

Effective January 1st, 2024 -- All orders are eligible for return for STORE CREDIT ONLY if the order is postmarked within 10 business days of delivery. Any items shipped back to us outside of that window will not be accepted.

 

  • Original shipping charges will NOT be refunded.
  • Store credit is issued in the form of a gift card and must be used within 1 year of the issue date.

 

 

The following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return:

  • ALL SALE items – this includes flash, sales Instagram sales, promotional sales and any discount codes.
  • Holiday/Seasonal specific items
  • Hair accessories
  • Jewelry
  • Sunglasses
  • Drinkware
  • Swimwear
  • Undergarments

 

Please Note: Return postage will be the responsibility of the customer.

EXCHANGES:

  • Since our inventory is limited and sells quickly, we are unable to guarantee an exchange for a different size. Please email us at returns@shoptheshimmyshack.com within 3 business days to inquire about the exchange, allowing us to confirm we have the size you are needing & hold the item for you.
  • Exchanges must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery.

 

 

DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

  • All orders are checked before they go out for any flaws/damages, but we are human, and mistakes can happen. If you find that your item has a flaw, please email us at returns@shoptheshimmyshack.com or call 432.934.2225 within 3 days of your delivery date. 
  • If we have your requested replacement item in stock, it will be held until your return is received; if we do not, we will provide you with a refund onto your original method of payment and issue you a return label to send the damaged item back to us.

 

 

All returns will be left up to the discretion of The Shimmy Shack.
