RETURN POLICY

 THE SHIMMY SHACK RETURN POLICY

 I hope everything you order fits you like Cinderella’s slipper, what a dream that would be! But if it doesn’t, you can't go to a ball looking less than perfect! If you find that your purchase doesn’t suit you well – you are in the right place!

 

TO START A RETURN:

  1. email us at: shopshimmymidland@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, so that we can approve your return. Return items must be received within 14 days of delivery.
  2. after your return has been approved, fill out the return form that came with your order and mail it in with your items.
  •  Note: any/all returns that are mailed back & are not approved will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

 

Items will only be considered for return if they have the original tags attached and they are: unworn, unwashed, and deodorant & smoke free.

Return postage will be the responsibility of the customer. 

 

For a refund back to your original method of payment: you will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

For a refund in the form of store credit: you will receive 100% of your purchase price.

  •  Shipping charges will NOT be refunded.
  • Store credit is issued in the form of a gift card and must be used within 1 year of the issue date.

 

The following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return:

ALL sale items: promo, flash, holiday, instagram, etc.

Drinkware

Undergarments

Hair Accessories

Sunglasses

Swimwear 

 

 

DAMAGED ITEMS:

All orders are checked before they go out for any flaws/damages, but we are human, and mistakes can happen. If you find that your item has a flaw, please email us at shopshimmymidland@gmail.com or call 432.203.6201 within 3 days of your delivery date. 

If we have your requested replacement item in stock, it will be held until your return is received; if we do not, we will provide you with a refund onto your original method of payment. 

 

All returns will be left up to the discretion of The Shimmy Shack.

The Shimmy Shack is NOT responsible for any packages lost in transit. You will need to contact your local Post Office to inquire about your lost packages.
