I hope everything you order from The Shimmy Shack fits you like Cinderella’s slipper, what a dream that would be! But if it doesn’t, you can't go to a ball looking like that (ahem, Prince Charming didn’t shop online)! If you find that your purchase doesn’t suit you well, you’re in the right place!
Please read our policy thoroughly and contact us should you have any questions.
- Items will be returned for store credit ONLY in the form of a gift card that does not have an expiration date.
- Items will be eligible for a return if you have initiated the return process within 10 days of the shipping date.
- To start a return please email us at: email@example.com and mail us the item you are returning, along with the original receipt/packing slip.
- All items must have the original tags attached and be unused, unwashed, and deodorant & smoke free.
- Return postage will be the responsibility of the customer.
The following list of items will be FINAL SALE and not eligible for a return:
- Hair accessories
- Sale items
For any incorrect or damaged orders, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of your delivery date.
As long as we have your requested replacement item in stock, we will hold it for you until we receive your return; if we do not, we will provide you with store credit to be used within 12 months from its issue date.

The Shimmy Shack is NOT responsible for any packages lost in transit. You will need to contact your local Post Office to inquire about your lost packages.
All returns will be left up to the discretion of The Shimmy Shack.
